With a superb location in Old Quebec, the hotel offers charming views and friendly staff. Free coffee and juices all day are a real treat! Unfortunately, my room was smaller than expected, and it lacked a kettle for tea lovers. The valet parking and cleanliness could also use some improvement.

It was just a prime choice for a quick stopover in Quebec City with good value considering the price it charged. The location was great, right off a park by the Citadel, which made exploring easy. Make sure to ask for a room away from the elevator to cut down on noise.

The room was cozy and clean with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. I enjoyed the complimentary snacks in the lounge. The hotel had a great location, super close to the waterfront and key attractions, making it easy to explore. Plus, the spa offered amazing massage services which were really relaxing.

staying at chateau bellevue was great! the location is perfect, just a short walk to the old city, waterfront, and frontenac. the classic double room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and spoke both english and french. I really appreciated how easy it was to check in and out.

Fantastic location just steps away from iconic sights, with clean, if somewhat small, rooms. Enjoyed unlimited coffee and juice available at the reception, but found the breakfast to be unremarkable. The checkout experience was frustrating due to a billing error and a lack of accountability from the staff, which overshadowed the otherwise pleasant stay.

We loved being just a few steps away from the breathtaking Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, making our walks through the stunning old town truly memorable, and it was fantastic to have quick access to the peaceful Plains of Abraham for a morning stroll amidst the greenery.

I had a fantastic stay! The coffee and juice available all day were a real treat, and I loved enjoying the beautiful views by the water. The only downside was the noise. I could hear quite a bit from the hallway, but it didn't ruin my experience at all! ☕
